George Herbert Stancer - Teesside District '10'

Curran takes district GHS title

Paul Curran of Dene School, Thornaby, won the Teesside district heat of the George Herbert Stancer schoolboys' ten-mile national championship by well over a minute.

Jeff Lyons and Brad Thurrell , both members of Teeside Clarion, took the team award with Michael Illlingworth for Nunthorpe secondary school.
